Andy Jordan

Andy Jordan has been a member of the home inspection industry since 2006. After serving with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Andy returned home and formed The Austin Home Inspector. Along with his Professional Inspector License, Andy is a licensed HVAC Technician, Electrical Apprentice and graduate from the U.S. Army School of Engineers. The goal of TAHI is to provide each client with a full understanding of their real estate investment.
Chessie Collins

Chessie brings his many talents to TAHI Services where he currently works as an associate inspector and lead expert in new construction and code related inspection/consulting processes. Chessie is a member of the American Association of Code Enforcement Officers, the Code Enforcement Association of Texas, International Code Council, and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Joey Fechtel

Joey completed his professional home inspection training through Champions School of Real Estate and obtained his Structural Pest Control Technician training through the Texas A&M Agrilife extension program. He brings his experience in customer service to the inspection process, making sure that client needs are met and any client concerns fully addressed.

He later expanded his career into land surveying and supervising crews on high end residential projects. His combined experience in various aspects of construction has made him uniquely qualified for the building inspection industry.
